Exposing lenders’ ties to art schools

You are an aspirant student who finds it difficult to manage the expenses you incur in pursuing your studies in the Art school and is at a loss about the course of action to be taken.

Or you are the parents who desire to see their child studying in one of the expensive Design Schools but are finding the expenses a bit of heavy constraint for your limited resources.

What do you do to solve and come out of the sticky situation?

An obvious answer is that either you try for some financial aid which is difficult to get or go for some student loans to enable your child continues his or her studies without hindrance. In your enthusiasm you find out a plan where the institute offers you a loan for the higher studies of your child.

There is however, a hidden monster that is now raising its ugly head on the horizon. Investigation has come to light that there could be an unholy alliance between many lenders and the schools who are sanctioning such loans to the students. These alliances do indirectly affect the students and their prospects quite adversely.

In view of such circumstances, the Federal Government has come up with a plan where the lenders as well as the schools are required to fully disclose their policies and relationships with the lenders. This has now become mandatory for all the schools whether they are arts school or any traditional school.
